PLANNED

Clinical Development

NVX-101 is approximately one-third through IND-enabling development. Clinical development remains a planned objective; this stage does not imply an IND clearance or an ongoing clinical trial.

NVX-101 is NanoVax’s lead therapeutic candidate, designed to overcome key barriers limiting the effectiveness of cancer immunotherapy. The platform utilizes a dual-adjuvant nanoparticle incorporating complementary STING and TLR4 agonists to coordinate innate immune activation and promote robust tumor-specific T-cell responses.

Combined with NanoVax’s prime-pull immunotherapy strategy, NVX-101 is designed to address two critical challenges in solid tumors: generating potent tumor-specific immune responses and promoting the trafficking of activated T cells into the tumor microenvironment.

Our initial development focus is melanoma, with opportunities to expand into additional solid tumor indications.

EARLY RESEARCH / PLATFORM EXPLORATION

Infectious Disease Adjuvant Platform

Program: Infectious Disease Adjuvant Candidate · Therapeutic area: Infectious Disease · Modality: Nanoparticle-based vaccine adjuvant

NanoVax is also exploring the application of its nanoparticle-based immune activation technology as an advanced vaccine adjuvant for infectious disease.

Building on the platform’s ability to engage complementary innate immune pathways, this program aims to develop next-generation adjuvant technologies capable of enhancing vaccine-induced immune responses.

This represents a potential expansion of NanoVax’s underlying technology platform beyond oncology and into broader vaccine applications.
